People had a great time at our Halloween-themed COVID Awareness event, sponsored by Walgreens, Western Dental and the Southern California Chapter of the NFL Alumni Association.
We teamed up with the NFL Alumni Association-Southern California Chapter and Walgreens to provide free COVID vaccinations to anyone 12 years and older.
The event took place Saturday, October 30 at the parking lot of our Western Dental Inglewood office. Walgreens pharmacists were on site and administered free COVID vaccines and flu shots to dozens of event guests.

James Washington, President of the Southern California NFL Alumni Association and a two-time Super Bowl champion as a defensive back with the Dallas Cowboys, was on site supporting the vaccination initiative and signing autographs.
During the event, families also participated in family-friendly Halloween activities, danced to live music and entered a raffle to win prizes and gift cards to local restaurants. Free Northgate Market gift cards were also given to the first 25 people that received a COVID vaccine.
